Born in Italy, Paolo Casagrande dreamed of becoming a chef from childhood and started his career by studying in Veneto, northern Italy. His culinary skills have developed by working at gourmet restaurants in Milan, London and Paris, learning sensual skills from the world-class chef Alain SOLIVERES.


In 2003, Paolo Casagrande moved to Spain and began working with the Michelin chef, Martín Berasategui at the Lasarte restaurant in Barcelona. In 2012, Paolo Casagrande teamed up with Martín Berasategui at Lasarte, which has recently been awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide.

Paolo Casagrande's flavorful Mediterranean seafood dish is widely known throughout Europe for its passion and dedication. His cuisine allows us to experience a feast of gourmet.
